 | Maker Bio/Info: Hello, I am a current graduate student in geology at UMD. I like working with my hands and I am interested in the integration of technology with age-old crafting skills. I believe there is value in both learning old school techniques and in enabling technology to make work and crafting more easy and accessible. I hope to become familiar with wood and metal working, rock cutting and lapidary work, and hone my pottery and crafting skills. Current Projects/News: Designing, laser cutting/engraving "save the dates" for wedding. Designing custom media shelf with CNC. Restoring old sledgehammer by hand. |
